If upon receipt of your item, you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please contact the sales group at sales@moto3designs.com within 15 days of receiving your new product.
Because all items sold are custom, one-of-kind, returns are not allowed, but if there was a mistake in processing or manufacturing, we will be glad to send you a replacement item with the issues fixed at no cost to you.

Due to the personalized, ornamental nature of the products we sell, Moto3Designs cannot be held liable for any underlying component damage, or personal injuries that may result from the use of our products as a protective or performance add-on.
